General Terms

Scope

• These terms and conditions apply to all bookings and stays at Posada Aurora.
• By making a booking, the lead booker (hereinafter: “guest”) agrees to these terms and conditions.
• Posada Aurora consists of private holiday accommodations intended for short recreational stays.

Booking and agreement

• Bookings can only be made by persons aged 18 or older.
• The agreement is formed once the booking has been confirmed by us.
• We reserve the right to decline a booking without providing a reason.

Payment

• Upon booking, 50% of the total amount must be paid within 14 days.
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.
• For bookings made within 14 days of arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
• If payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

Cancellation

• Cancellations can only be made in writing.

• We recommend taking out cancellation insurance.

Arrival and departure

• Check-in is possible from 3:00 PM.
• Check-out must take place before 11:00 AM.
• No refund will be given for early departure.

Use of the accommodation

• The accommodation must be used with care and respect.
• It is not permitted to stay with more people than the number stated at the time of booking.
• Parties, events and nuisance are not permitted.
• Smoking is only permitted in designated areas. Smoking inside the accommodation and in other parts of the grounds is not allowed, due to fire risk and the presence of animals.
• The guest is responsible for any damage caused during the stay.

Peace and atmosphere

• Posada Aurora is a place for peace, nature and relaxation.
• Quiet hours apply between 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• In the event of serious nuisance, we reserve the right to terminate the stay immediately without refund.

Pool and grounds

• Use of the pool and grounds is entirely at your own risk.
• No supervision is provided.
• Children must always be accompanied by an adult. Children without a swimming certificate must wear a suitable flotation aid at all times in and around the pool.
• Glassware is not permitted near the pool.

Animals

• Pets are not allowed on the grounds of Posada Aurora.
• This is for the safety and wellbeing of our own animals.
• Feeding or approaching our animals without permission is not allowed.

Liability

• Posada Aurora is not liable for loss, theft or damage to guests’ personal belongings.
• Use of the facilities, including the pool and grounds, is at your own risk.
• Liability is limited to cases of intent or gross negligence.

Force majeure

• In the event of force majeure (such as natural conditions, disruptions or government measures), we reserve the right to modify or cancel the booking.
• In such cases, a suitable alternative or refund will be offered.

Complaints

• Complaints must be reported immediately during the stay, so that we have the opportunity to resolve them.
• If a complaint is not reported on site, this may affect how it can be handled afterwards.

Applicable law

• These terms and conditions are governed by Spanish law.

Security deposit

• Posada Aurora requires a security deposit of €100 per stay.
• The deposit covers any damage to the accommodation or its contents, extra cleaning costs, or non-compliance with the house rules.
• The deposit will be refunded within 5 days of departure, provided the accommodation is left in good condition and in accordance with the house rules.
• Any costs or damage will be deducted from the deposit. If the damage exceeds the deposit amount, the remaining balance may be charged separately.
